Girl 1 is a brilliant newspaper columnist who writes about anything and everything from music, to reviews, to gossip. She’s been doing this for about three years of her life or so, and she is about twenty-one. Girl 1 finds it hard to fall in love and flirt with men because she finds herself awkward and is not sure if anything will ever change or not. Girl 1 has had bad experiences with men including cheating on her and abusive relationships, emotional and physical. She has never been one for much interaction with anyone, including females. This is why she became a newspaper columnist so she doesn’t have to deal with people much. However, when Boy 1 comes along, he’s very sweet, stubborn, and persistent. He will not give up until Girl 1 finally says yes to a date with him. Eventually, Girl 1 says yes to a date with him. The date goes very smoothly and she actually she actually ends up saying yes to being in a relationship with him. The relationship is actually going very smoothly. However, after a few months of being together, Girl 1 and Boy sleep together. The next morning, Girl 1 wakes up to find him gone. No note no nothing. However, when she goes for her normal coffee run to Starbucks, she sees Boy 1 kissing and flirting with Girl 2 . After Boy 1 leaves the Starbucks, Girl 1 sneaks in and starts to talk to Girl 2 about Boy. She asks her all these questions, but she’s trying to not be too evasive about their relationship. She smiled and asked how long they had been together and stuff like that.
Girl 2 and Boy 1 had been dating a little over a year. So, of course Girl 1 leaves, saying she has to get to work, not mentioning anything that has happened with her and Boy. Obviously, she goes to work and writes a column just over men and their cheating ways. After a few days, she sees Boy 1 and Girl 2 together again, but this time, things don’t look as happy. Girl 1 goes up to Girl 2 after Boy 1 leaves. Apparently, he broke it off with her, not even leaving her with a good excuse. This is when Girl 1 tells Girl 2 what happened with herself and Boy. Girl 2 is outraged and comes up with a plan to get revenge. The two girls take the information, pictures, and anything else that they could come up with against Boy 1 and start their own blog about him. They keep this anonymous of course for safety reasons. The blog becomes an instant hit; girls all over the city post on the blog about their experiences with Boy 1 and how he just left and basically the same thing the two girls had experienced.
Boy 1 over the course of a week goes out of town, but when he comes back, is not greeted with the happiest of welcomes. No girl will talk to him, not even look at him as a matter of fact. One of his buddies, Boy 2, shows him this blog that became an overnight sensation. With over three hundred hits, even being out of the town, the blog had been the most fascinating things that have happened in the small town for a while. Boy 1 and Boy 2 are searching far and wide for the girl, or girls, that could have done this to Boy 1. The twist? Boy 2 is brothers with Girl 1. Girl 1 just didn’t ever tell him about any details about her relationship with Boy 1. All Boy 2 knows is that someone pulled a one-night stand with her basically. He has no idea that it is his sister that is behind the whole blog scam against his best friend. Plus, Girl 1 has no idea that her brother is best friends with Boy 1.
The twist is, the roleplayers are the ones that will decide what happens to the end of this plot. Will the two boys find the two girls that have basically ruined Boy 1’s life? All characters involved in the plot should be around the ages of 20-25. Except for Girl 1, the other three can have any career that the roleplayer should choose.
Better than Revenge is a Taylor Swift song.
